How long does delivery take?
Shipping within Germany takes 2-3 working days on average. Shipping to Austria or Switzerland may take a few days longer. Please note that delivery times are affected by peak seasons such as Christmas or other public holidays, which may result in a slight delay during this period.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the country you live in. The price will be displayed to you during the ordering process before you send the order.

We offer free shipping on all orders over €49
I have not received my order even though the estimated delivery time has already passed. What can I do?
If your shipment is taking too long, please contact us and we will offer you a solution immediately.

Return Policy
You can return the item within 14 days without giving a reason. The item should be sent back in its original condition!
If an item is damaged, you can have it exchanged. We bear the costs for the return shipment. We will send the new item after successful return.

What material are the covers made of?
The edges of the phone cases are made of TPU "Thermoplastic Polyurethane" soft silicone. The surface is made of polycarbonate, a hard plastic covered with epoxy resin.

For which mobile phone models are protective cases offered?
Cases from iPhone 11 upwards are currently available. If older iPhone models are desired, we try to offer them as well.
Samsung Galaxy phones as well as other Android phones will be available soon.
